Prize-winning poet and and director of the Creative Writing Program at Bryn Mawr College, Karl Kirchwey will visit the store to read from his new book of poems MOUNT LEBANON and his new translation of Paul Verlaine's POEMS UNDER SATURN. From 2010-2013, Kirchwey is the Andrew Heiskell Arts Director at the American Academy in Rome. For many years he was director of the 92nd Street Y Unterberg Poetry Center in New York City. His has six books of poetry including THE HAPPINESS OF THIS WORLD.
